Usage
Simply type in the following:
{{DamageWhenCharged|15}}
Whatever number you put in, the template will spit out something like this:
15%
By hovering the cursor over the number, rollover text appears that displays the damage that would be done if a smash attack that did such damage were fully charged in Brawl (1.4x damage).
