Sorry to bring back a dead topic, but this was pointed out on GameFAQ's and I wanted to bring it to your attention. According to the [http://www.smashbros.com/us/dlc/index.html official DLC site for smash Bros.] Most characters are usually listed being copyright their companies owners. IE Ryu is copyright Capcom, and cloud is copyright SE. But for Bayonetta it says copyright Nintendo and Sega.
