On September 7, 2020, Cagt announced in a [https://twitter.com/Cagt3000/status/1303144770320191488?s=20&t=hipZZ5KcHgHT1rogCuwKrw tweet] that he voluntarily created the '''Global Ban Database''' (abbreviated '''GBD'''). This database was intended to list all [[Smasher]]s that have been banned or had conduct related issues. Cagt claimed the GBD was only a suggesstion, and he would not personally force anyone but himself to follow it. While the GBD was generally received positively as a noble effort, there were some criticisms while it was active. Such criticisms included surprising inclusions and notable exclusions to the public, questionable evidence for some inclusions, and the fact that Cagt is a major tournament organizer with connections to other TOs putting the claim that the GBD is only a suggestion into question.The GBD was regularly updated until August 29, 2022, where he announced in [https://twitter.com/Cagt3000/status/1564281822346878977 another tweet] that the GBD would no longer be maintained and Cagt would no longer be actively involved in any future conduct cases. The reasons for the dissolving was Cagt underestimated the amount of work maintaining such a project would take and it negatively affected his mental health.
