On August 13th of 2019, Promaelia made a twitlonger confessing to committing sexual assault on two occasions while intoxicated.<ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1sqvqrm|title=Promaelia admits to sexual assault}}</ref> As a result of this confession, he was banned from attending all Xanadu events <ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.twitlonger.com/show/n_1sqvqrm|title=Promaelia banned from Xanadu events}}</ref>, as well as several other tournaments in the MDVA region. He also announced he will be on hiatus while he is seeking help for his binge-drinking related issues.
