All I did was force a 1 player match, then, I KOed the character, and while they were went through the whole KO blast sequence, I paused the game once the colors and sparkles of dust dissipated, and then, I played around with the angles to get the "perfect" shot. I actually don't use any programs to manually remove the watermarks, it's because I have the Nintendo E3 2013 Press Kit, and, it has most of the SSB4 images at it's highest quality without the watermarks, however, they are saved as .bmps, so, you might have to use GIMP or Paint to convert it to a .png. or .jpg. A quick Google search will show you the way, and might ask for a username and password, so, "User: Nintendo", "Pass: E32013". It's case sensitive, too.
