:Timson in the discord shown me some Leffen Yoshi results, which is probably more than what most Yoshi players have done with him, so I think noting him as a retired character is acceptable for now. Omega Tyrant 03:36, March 4, 2021 (EST)

Leffen retired from Ulimate?
Leffen retired from Ultimate?
I know he said he wouldn't focus as much on Ultimate as he was on Melee and that the online in Ultimate had some severe flaws but did he actually retire? When Pyra/Mythra came out, he said he would probably be using them when offline tournaments came back, saying the characters were his favorite DLC characters so far and that they were meant for him. :Since he's consistently criticized Ultimate and even stated that playing top-level Ultimate was torture for him, plus the fact that he hasn't attend a tournament following DreamHack Winter 2019 (even with COVID), he's definitely retired. Of course, if he does come back the tag will come down. == What does "flowchart" behavior mean? ==
In his playstyle section, it says Leffen believes that many top players are held back by their "flowchart" behavior? What exactly does this mean? SacredFire37 (talk) 16:28, March 29, 2021 (EDT)
:I believe that blurb is from an interview he gave at MLG Anaheim 2014 where Leffen did outright say this. I take it to mean that at the time, Leffen thought top players had gameplans that were too rigid (a "flowchart" on what to do in certain situations) and that he was looking to exploit that and pick them apart using that understanding. -- Yellow of the Grove 16:38, March 29, 2021 (EDT)
