:::I can definitely understand where you're coming from, I do believe Locus should be removed from the Ryu notable players section if King Kila isn't going to be noted to remain consistent however. Kila was out at 129th at Kongo Saga, so it seems we're likely better off waiting and seeing his performance in the future. :I don't think it's noteworthy unless a character is the most common or least common.
