''Find Mii'' is considered its own universe right now, and according to [[Universe|this page]], a sub-universe of the ''Mii'' series. ''Mario'' sub-universes are separate from Mario itself, which makes sense that the ''Mii'' sub-universes are too. Regardless, because there is not currently any other elements relating to the ''Streetpass Mii Plaza'' itself outside of Spirits (which are classified as ''Mii'' series Spirits) in ''Smash'', I do not know if we can rename the universe.
