SteelRhydon is a Smasher from Nuwaidrat, Bahrain, considered one of the best Smash players from Bahrain. He initially competed in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U as a Bowser player, but quickly became known for using Luigi in Super Smash Bros. Melee, especially after winning SmashSpot. During the Slippi era, he switched to Marth due to his love for the Fire Emblem franchise, and has since established himself as the best Melee player in the Middle East in the post-Slippi era by winning many Melee Middle Eastern events both offline and online, including Kyojin Dojo.

SteelRhydon also competed in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, primarily in the early metagame, when he mained Wolf. He was considered the best Bahraini player in Ultimate during this time, and won a multitude of Bahriani Ultimate events. Outside of his country, he notably won Kuwait Battle Royale 2019 and placed top 8 at many other large Middle Eastern events, including RiyadhSmashers 50 and Desert Knights 6.
