From SmashWiki, the Super Smash Bros. wiki
The Russian Power Rankings are power rankings for players of The Russian Federation. Because the majority of tournaments are held online, it can also include players from countries that were previously in the Soviet Union, including Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Armenia and Georgia. Rather than panelists or a dedicated algorithm, the rankings are based on a TrueSkill system on braacket.com.
