The '''Utah Power Rankings''' is a list compiled by a pre-selected panel which lists the top ranked players of the state of Utah.  The Melee Utah Power Rankings was started by [[Gojira]] on May 16, 2007.  Shortly before Brawl's release, [[Gojira]] stopped updating the list, since everyone was anticipating Brawl's release.  But after the release of Brawl, [[Gojira]] lost interest in it and in continuing the list, and never got to making a Brawl Power Rankings list.

The opening list was a working list made through Perfect Chaos's sole judgment, but everyone (that spoke up) in the community agreed that it was a good list before it was officially made public.  All lists after which is, and will be, decided on by a full panel.
