+I haven't gone and done this thoroughly yet, but romaji in general aren't necessary to provide for Japanese names since they're easily reproduced by machine. It's better to just provide a translation even if it matches the official localization. The only way in which adding romaji would be beneficial is if we change our {{t|ja}} template to have the romaji as the mouse-over text, like Bulbapedia. Otherwise, I would recommend against going out of your way to add it.
