I remember seeing this in a Gameplay video. Can't remember which one, so I can't provide a link, sorry. So long as a player is holding the clock, all opposing players will move slower. They'll even fall slower. They player holding the clock still moves at normal speed, however. If the clock is dropped, all opposing players start moving at normal speed again. - [[User:Pokemon DP|Pokemon DP]]
