::::My assumption comes from the fact that since Pikachu uses a Pokemon move as a FS, that, you know, other Pokemon would. Trainer's FS is auctually all Pokemon moves, just together in one shot called Triple Finish. Lucario is a mystery case as of now (I think it is Hyper beam), so I assumed the aforementioned. And another thing: Wigglytuff uses body slam. When she does, she doubles her size. So, maybe with the POWER of a Smash ball (joking), using Body Slam causes Jigglypuff to grow real big. Who knows. :::::I think it's Hypervoice. Granted, the expanding doesn't happen, but the yell at the end of the smash seems to be it. One could argue that the expanding was just a play on Jiggs' balloon qualities or something. But, we'll just have to wait to be sure. Shouldn't be too long till the Dojo updates with her anyways.
