Even though Charles Martinet and Ikue Otani voice Mario and Pikachu in all regions, Martinet is an English-speaking VA while Otani is a Japanese-speaking VA, so if we want to not repeat, this situation could work (and if they voice a character in more than one region we can just mention it next to the character's name.
