However, as I was looking at the Fire Emblem Direct in 2017 (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Eq1Xzycyp2E) out of nostalgia, I found an interesting detail when they announced the Choose Your Legends event. When listing characters, they specifically listed the female corrin. I’m not sure how much this means, but it does seem like to me that Nintendo is pushing female Corrin as the default everywhere but smash.
