Updating the introduction and revising the "Panelist" sectionEdit
1. The description of the judging criteria seems either outdated, or for Melee only. Most likely needs revision.
2. Is it necessary to have a "Panelist" section? This is 1 of 2 state power ranking pages where a "Panelist" section exists. Also, the "Panelist" section doesn't specify that it is for Melee only.
