He is many things for many players in NC. For some, he is an inspiration; an example of where one's perseverance and determination can take them. To others, he is a source of comfort; there have been very few times where he wouldn't have words of wisdom to give to those who are in need. And yet he is not without his lighter side; for many years Jaurice has been a constant source of hilarity, always able to put a smile on someone's face in one way or another.
