In Legends 2, Barrell and Verner Von Bluecher travel to Forbidden Island. Volnutt and Roll go to Forbidden Island to find out who "Matilda" (who helped attack Barrell's ship) is and if she is Roll's mother. Volnutt accidentally frees Sera and Geetz trying to prevent the Sulphur-Bottom (Barrell's ship) from crashing. Geetz needs 4 keys to open the Mother Lode (which is why Barrell and Bluecher were there) and Bluecher sends Volnutt to do it. After getting the keys, Sera and Geetz turn on Volnutt.
