She first appeared in ''Sonic Advance 2'' as a playable character and appeared a number of times afterwards. One of her most memorable appearances is in ''[[Sonic Heroes]]'', where she is a part of Team Rose. Team Rose is one of the four teams led by [[Amy Rose]] and joined by Big the Cat. In ''Sonic Heroes'', Cream is a flying based character, so she can help out by flying to high places. Cheese can also attack for her, but only under certain conditions. She also appears in Sonic Advance 3, Sonic Battle as a support character, and in Sonic and the Secret Rings as a Multiplayer character. In Sonic Rush, she was [[Blaze the Cat]]'s equivalent of [[Sonic]]'s [[Tails]], sharing a sister-like relationship. This connection between Blaze and Cream is surprisingly not mentioned in her Trophy description. Personality-wise, she is very friendly, polite, and kind but also a bit naive.
