:That's the thing, this has been a thing that's been discussed for a while, and a few has already since been deleted before I started cracking down on it. The major problem with the city PRs is that since it only covers one city, several, if not all of the smashers, aren't notable. I've seen many an occasion where a smasher on only a City PR had awful results. With this in mind, there's no reason we ''should'' keep the city PRs, unless they only saved them for smashers who are doing an absolute awesome job in the community.
