The '''Dedede Badge''' ''(unconfirmed name)'' "Japanese デデデの時限スイッチ" is an item originating from the [[Subspace Emissary]] mode in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl]]''. It appears to be an adhesive golden badge with an imprint of [[King Dedede]]'s face on it. The badges are used to revive the wearer of their [[trophy]] state, and activate after a certain period of time has passed. Dedede appears to have been anticipating the attack that would turn everyone into their [[trophy]] states, and these badges were placed on [[Luigi]], [[Ness]] and [[Princess Zelda]] (all of whom he ambushed). When Zelda was rescued from Dedede, Kirby found her badge and swallowed it, so he gained the benefits of it as well.
