Hello, this is the 2nd Recovery Tier List for [[Super Smash Bros. Melee|Melee]] and this time, it's more accurate (I hope), and plenty of changes have occured. Many people have been arguing about the fact of [[Yoshi (SSBM)|Yoshi]] was in good tier so Yoshi moved down a little bit. Yoshi's recovery is somewhat good but if you gimp or edgeguard him, he pretty much fails to get back up.
