::::who knows, maybe they were over eager? Possibly had been working on the tier list a long time but each new patch and character additions caused it to be pushed back to take new info into account? Maybe the people/persons/machines/aliens in charge of it were just tired of it and wanted to get it over with so they rushed it out soon as they could?
