Yet you keep Dark Pit and add Black Shadow and Face Raider, of all villains. Jigglypuff stays, and you add that character from Pushmo, a series which I would argue is much more obscure than many of the universes you removed. I see that Rayman is the only third-party character. Don't get me wrong, I'm always interested to see other peoples' ideas for the roster and their reasoning for it. I can tell you that I am planning to add almost all the characters you mentioned, but I'm trying to refine the changes I have in mind for them before I add them. I must have had a billion ideas for Ganondorf, but I tried to cut it down to the best 5-10 (I'm trying to keep this semi-realistic, after all). | |||
::As for Face Raider, it's sort of the Wii Fit Trainer of my personal vision of Smash 5. You could argue about Mallo, but I wanted to include an eShop rep, and I couldn't come up with a lot of interesting stuff for Dillon or Tempo (from HarmoKnight). Finally, Dark Pit would probably take very little time to add, and I had a more straightforward set of ideas for him, so I added him first.
