Actually Gargomon, there is a difference between their two jumping abilities. Kirby's multiple jumps give him a lot of vertical (that's up and/or down) distance. In comparison to Jigglypuff, whose multiple jumps are low in vertical distance. Jigglypuff can move fast horizontally (that's left or right) in the air. In conclusion, Kirby is better at vertical recoveries and Jigglypuff is better at horizontal recoveries.
