''Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater'' depicts his rise to power, while Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops details his foundation of FOXHOUND. His recent and final appearance was at the ending of [[Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of Patriots]] where he made peace with his "son" [[Solid Snake]] before dying from the FOXDIE virus inside Solid Snake.
