Leon was originally a ''[[Brawl]]'' veteran who skipped most of  ''Smash 4''{{'}}s competitive lifespan and came back in the spotlight with ''Ultimate''{{'}}s release. Despite the hiatus, he quickly prove that he was still able to hold his own against Europe's best players. He has defeated several top players including {{Sm|Glutonny}}, {{Sm|Riddles}}, {{Sm|Fatality}}, {{Sm|Scend}}, {{Sm|Mr. E}}, {{Sm|Charliedaking}}, {{Sm|Flow|p=France}}, and {{Sm|Oryon}} and is currently ranked 10th on the [[OrionRank 2022/Europe|OrionRank 2022 Europe]], 8th on the [[European Ultimate Power Rankings]], and 89th on the [[LumiRank 2023]]. Despite being considered as a legendary ''Brawl'' Marth player, he prefers using Lucina in this game. His Lucina’s playstyle is known for its patient movement and spacing, in addition to retaining some of his aggressive play from ''Brawl''.
