-The Galactic Federation is unable to terminate the Metroid species from planet Zebes. So they send in a lone Bounty Hunter named Samus Aran to finish the Job. As Samus explores the planet she comes across [[Kraid]]. Afterwards she finds [[Ridley]]. After defeating [[Kraid]] and [[Ridley]] Samus finds herself with all her upgrades and at Tourian. Tourian is where Mother Brain, the leader of the Space Pirates, is located. After fighting through several Metroids Samus encounters motherbrain herself. Samus defeats Mother Brain and has to escape the planet before it explodes.
