x After Dawn x, along with Alphicans, hosted the Alberta tournament ADAT1 on July 12th, 2008 (After Dawn Alphicans Tournament). It was considered a huge success, with over 50 attendees and 4 events in one day, including both Melee and Brawl (as well as Smash 64 friendlies). It was the second Brawl tournament in the Alberta Smash scene, and it is considered the first large-scale Brawl tournament in the Alberta Smash scene, with 4 months of practice available before the tournament.
