Biggie II was the largest tournament every help in New Zealand at the time, and as such is considered a national level tournament for the country

I don't think the PGR has any say in defining the borders of a country. New Zealand is a country, and this tournament had players from all over the country and is the biggest smash tourney the country has ever seen. It's not a regional tournament.

To clarify on my previous post, only B-Tiers or higher are generally listed as nationals on the wiki (with a few exceptions), and as stated before, this wasn't even a C-Tier.
mSo it's a national tournament then?
It's not even a C-Tier on the PGR, let alone a B-Tier.
