Mewtwo (SSBU)/Up tilt

Overview[edit]
Mewtwo spins backwards while swinging his tail. Has relatively high knockback for a tilt. Fuctions as a decent combo starter in Mewtwo’s kit but is not as useful as Mewtwo’s down tilt, which is faster, has lower knockback, and has less endlag. Up tilt, surprisingly, also lacks in horizontal range, unlike down tilt. Because up tilt is so close range is has more endlag then down tilt, it’s slightly unsafe on shield.
Update History[edit]
Up tilt deals more damage (6%/5%/4.5% → 7%/6%/5.5% (early), 5%/4%/3% → 6%/5%/4% (late)), although its knockback was compensated.
Up tilt's tip hitbox's angle has been adjusted (361° → 110°). This improves its combo potential.
