The Devil Car appears in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS as a trophy and an enemy in Smash Run. It is one of the stronger enemies, as it has a lot of HP and cannot be grabbed.

Trophy Description

A fearsome enemy from the Mother series, this car attacks mercilessly, closing in on fighters before trying to hit them as it spins doughnuts. No, these aren't the kind you eat—they're the kind that hurt. Its exhaust fumes can cause paralysis too, so keep your distance until it's between attacks.

The Devil / Psycho Car is one of several vehicular enemies in Mother, and can appear in the outskirts of the towns of Merrysville and Reindeer. A palette swap of this enemy also appeared known as the Mad Car, and a similar enemy named the Mad Taxi would appear in the game's sequel, EarthBound, in Fourside and Summers.

The Devil Car's ability to paralyze players in Smash Run is based on its ability to incapacitate Ninten, an asthmatic, with its exhaust fumes.
