CSS help

That is something that doesn't need CSS. Just go to your preferences, go to "editing", disable "show edit toolbar" AND "show enhanced edit toolbar", then exit your preferences. INoMed ^{(Talk • Contribs)} 12:24, 11 November 2015 (EST)

This skin is glitchy with monobook. Go with vector for a glitchless experience. (To fix it, go to the preferences, go to appearance, press vactor, press save, then exit.
