Overview

The Junior Clown Car spins around with the boxing glove arms extended. It is a weak but useful aerial, which combos reliably from Clown Kart Dash and is effective as a anti-pressure and edgeguarding option. Deals 8% when cleaned, 7% at the middle, and 5% if late.
