Game: Super Mario Bros. 3 [02/90]

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl

As a stage element

Boos briefly appear from the rubble of the Luigi's Mansion stage after the mansion collapses.

As a sticker

Boo appears as a sticker in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He is in his Mario Tennis role, complete with a racket. When applied to a trophy in the Subspace Emissary, the sticker increases the damage done by thrown items. The sticker is extremely easy to get, as every time the sandbag is hit more than 900 ft. in the Home Run Contest, one Boo Sticker is obtained.

Trophy description

A bashful ghost who draws near when your back is turned but shyly stops and disappears when you face it. Boos have been seen recently in activities like baseball and tennis, so it's thought that they may have conquered their fear of humans. Boos are also characterized by having a variety of different weaknesses between forms.
