It certainly seems like a good idea, in principle, to have a process of dealing with these issues. That being said though, I am somewhat concerned about how certain aspects of this could be applied. For example: could this, in theory, be used to police good-faith SmashWiki users off-site, such as for comments that a user may disagree with (but aren't actually cases of harassment or discrimination)? We don't want to create a situation in which users constantly feel like they're being patrolled, even when off-wiki, do we? Again, I agree with this in principle, but I think it's important that great care and discretion is taken when handling user concerns. First of all the name could do with some better ideas I think it's a bit clunky.

It certainly seems like a good idea, in principle, to have a process of dealing with these issues. That being said though, I am somewhat concerned about how certain aspects of this could be applied. For example: could this, in theory, be used to police good-faith SmashWiki users off-site, such as for comments that a user may disagree with (but aren't actually cases of harassment or discrimination)? We don't want to create a situation in which users constantly feel like they're being patrolled, even when off-wiki, do we?
