For the Smasher, see Smasher:Major

A major is an exceptionally prestigious tournament that has a very high amount of entrants and a very high level of skill density among the entrants, with many of the game's top players and borderline top players in attendance. A supermajor is among the most prestigious tournaments of all, where the skill density is so high that they're an established level above majors, with them having most of the game's very best players in attendance and attracting players from across the world to compete.

The following pages are lists for every tournament to date that SmashWiki considers a major and supermajor for each individual Super Smash Bros. game, as well as for Project M/Project +.
