Major reclassification results[edit]
Similar to Ultimate's reclassification efforts, major reclassification efforts were done for previous Brawl events, spearheaded by ninja1167, the organizer for the SSBBRank since 2020. A supermajority (2/3 voters in support) was required for a change to proceed. Although RetroSSBBRank was used, due to RetroSSBBRank's limited scope and notable issues a list of other notable players was also provided, with the list effectively superseding RetroSSBBRank in later votes.
Note: Some tournaments have both a yes and no vote from ninja1167. As suggested by him, in those instances none of his votes were counted.
