OverviewEdit

Mewtwo's body is encased in electric sparks, damaging the opponent several times. Due to the incredibly minimal start-up lag, this move serves as an exceptional out-of-shield option when performed in a short hop. Can also be used to forcibly drag recovering opponents down to the lower blast line, and with the help of Mewtwo's exceptional recovery abilities, it can reliably return to the stage afterward.
