I had that initially, but that would entail adding a lot of extra notes to a lot of extra pages, with questionable value to doing so. It also gets into weird gray areas (is Red Shell a costume "character"?) that I just didn't want to bother with. I figured this was an easier way to delineate what's notable and what's not.
