Smashville is a stage in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It was revealed on Smash Bros. DOJO!! on July 13, 2007.[1]

Overview

Smashville is a stage based on the Animal Crossing series. The scenery when you fight on the stage is determined by the Wii's internal clock. For example, if you are playing the stage in the morning, the stage will look bright. If you are playing the stage at night, the stage will be dark.[1]

As you fight on the stage, various characters from the Animal Crossing series will be in the background observing the fight. Also, if you play a match on the stage at 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday, K.K. Slider will be in the background playing his guitar.[1]

Music

When you play a match on the stage, the song Go K.K. Rider! will be played. This song is a remix of Go K.K. Rider!, a song K.K. Slider would play on Animal Crossing.[2]
