Tekk is a Jigglypuff player from Lyon, France, who is considered to be the best Jigglypuff player in Europe. He is currently ranked 1st on the French Melee Power Rankings and 11th on the European Melee Power Rankings. He is known for playing a rather unique aggressive style of Jigglypuff and has had notable wins over players such as Android, Amsah, Zhu, and Duck. He was voted at 43rd place on MIOM's end of year 2015 SSBMRank. Throughout 2015 he gained popularity not just in Europe, but also in the US, making it to round 5 of the Smash Summit community voting before being eliminated.
He started competition in video games with Pokemon Diamond & Pearl under the nickname TartineEtChocolat ("ToastAndChocolate"), before starting playing Brawl competitively, time when he shortened his nickname as "TeC". He then respelled his nickname as Tekk as people kept on calling him with that name, and quit Brawl to focus on Melee seriously.
