Havok is an Irish computer software company based in Dublin. They also provide an engine of the same name. They have provided this engine for companies such as Electronic Arts (EA), Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo. The only Super Smash Bros. game they have provided the engine for is Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
It is unknown if they will provide this engine for any more games, but it should be expected. The company is now a fully owned subsidiary of American computer company Intel Corporation.
