Skull Bash is Pikachu's Smash B move. It is similar to Luigi's Green Missile, only without the chance of a misfire. the move can be charged up to increase the damage and range of the attack.
It is based on a move in the Pokémon video games, where the Pokémon that uses it first spends one turn getting ready for the attack and then launches itself at it's opponent the next turn.
