She does turn mediawiki messages into nonsense on other wikis. I know she does use Megatron1's Joke Box very crazy. She also does turn the MediaWiki messages into nonsense on this and other wikis. I'm sure she promoted Toomai to a bureaucrat. Also she was promoted the wrong way by being unfit for adminship by when she was denied from requesting to adopt a wiki. Thats what i heard.
