F-Zero (エフゼロ, Efu Zero, F-ZERO) is a futuristic racing game developed and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It was the first game in the F-Zero series.
In the Super Smash Bros. series
- All four main characters in F-Zero appear in the Super Smash Bros. series:
- Captain Falcon is a playable character in Super Smash Bros., Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
- Dr. Stewart appears as a trophy in both Melee and Brawl.
- Samurai Goroh appears both as an Assist Trophy and as a normal trophy in Brawl.
- Pico appears as a trophy in Brawl
- Big Blue, a stage in Melee and Brawl, and Port Town Aero Dive, a stage in Brawl also originated from this game.
- The game is also available as one of the playable Masterpieces in Brawl.
