Victory pose examples[edit]

Hey, please stop adding in more examples for victory poses, especially for polite clappers. Not only is it unnecessary, but it also adds in bloat to a section that is already rather messy. CookiesCnC Signature.pngCreme 11:21, May 28, 2021 (EDT)

Okay, I will. >:( 81.110.120.177 10:34, June 2, 2021 (EDT)

This edit[edit]

Your attitude here, to put it mildly, is a little bit poor. First off, asserting ownership of edits to the wiki's mainspace is frowned upon, and demanding your edits stay put is also going to put you on the radar of a few people for the wrong reasons.

Your edit did end up getting reverted, and for good reason: it divulges information about Bowser being cut from SSB64. On its own, nothing wrong with that, however the problem isn't what you put in, it's where you put it - on Bowser's SSBM page. It doesn't belong there as that page is only for information relevant to his appearance in SSBM itself. General info about a character belongs on the general character page for that character, which for Bowser, it already is, so there's no need to put it in a second time. Oh no! I am so sorry about that! 81.110.120.177 08:48, July 31, 2021 (EDT)

Bumping this. The fact that Sonic and Wario didn't make the cut in Melee doesn't have anything to do with Brawl's development. For the former, Sonic was a last-minute addition (and thus being cut in Melee has nothing to do with Sakurai's decision in Brawl). For the latter, nothing implies that, because he was cut from Melee, he was added in to Brawl. CookiesCnC Signature.pngCreme 12:43, August 10, 2021 (EDT)

Sorry Cookies And Creme! 81.110.120.177 12:44, August 10, 2021 (EDT)

You said sorry twice, yet you're still doing the exact same thing. Please, cut this out. CookiesCnC Signature.pngCreme 12:53, August 22, 2021 (EDT)

Okay, now I should refrain from this! 81.110.120.177 17:59, August 22, 2021 (EDT)

I also need to point this out: I've noticed that you typically put words in Sakurai's mouth, often making liberal interpretations of what he actually said. Examples include frequent claiming that "[character A] replaced [character B]", such as Wolf "replacing" Krystal or Heihachi was going to "replace" Kazuya; this wording has a connotation that is not known to be true based on Sakurai's official statements. There are very few confirmed examples of "replacing" characters, such as Lucas being planned to replace Ness in Melee. Otherwise, it's simply a matter of one character only being considered and another character ultimately being chosen, without the latter necessarily "replacing" the former.
I also see that you love to say that a character was "strongly" or "heavily" considered when that isn't the case; in Ridley's article, you even cited a Source Gaming article that repeatedly emphasized that Ridley was not heavily considered at all. To avoid spreading misinformation, please make sure you're actually and accurately representing Sakurai's words and not adding your own bias and/or speculation. --PeabodySam (talk) 18:54, August 22, 2021 (EDT)

Kazuya[edit]

It seems like you're stretching what Sakurai said when he mentioned "That's the main reason why we didn't go with Heihachi as a fighter." The reason Kazuya, or any Tekken fighter, was so difficult to implement into Smash was because how different the two fighting games were. While Heihachi and Kazuya were both considered, Kazuya's inclusion wasn't difficult because Heihachi was being considered as well. CookiesCnC Signature.pngCreme 13:30, August 14, 2021 (EDT)

Oops! Gee, I get confused every time! Sorry buddy! 81.110.120.177 13:54, August 14, 2021 (EDT)

Heihachi and Kazuya for consideration, not replacement[edit]

Hello, please stop putting words into Sakurai's mouth, not only is it rude, but it just adds more unreliable information rather than representing Sakurai's words. In other words, please do not keep saying that Heihachi was planned to be included instead of Kazuya. All Sakurai said was that Heihachi was considered to be the Tekken fighter, but Kazuya was chosen because of the Devil Gene making Kazuya himself more unique. You know what that means? Heihachi was not planned at all. I'm not trying to be rude, harsh, or angry. All I'm saying is you need to start representing what Sakurai said himself as opposed to making your own words about what he said. SmashGamer65 (talk) 07:38, August 23, 2021 (EDT)

I should also point out that you have been told about the above already in a earlier talk page post on this very page. Please listen to what other people are telling you and do not repeat edits without discussing them first. Black Vulpine of the 🦊Furry Nation🐺. That is exactly right, also, I just saw your edit on Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, and I must say, it was very poor. Not trying to be rude here but you failed to cite sources about what you said and once again, you said that Heihachi was strongly considered for the game. I understand his movements were difficult to implement, but he was NOT strongly considered. Also, I even had to waste my time citing sources. It's not my job to do stuff what other people did when they can feasibly do it themselves, because I'm a new user! Like the other user said, you need to listen to what other people are saying and stop repeating your edits. Also, for the unused content pages for all 5 games, it's best to leave them alone instead. The information on those pages don't really matter that much. Do this again and one of the users will give you consequences. Thank you. SmashGamer65 (talk) 08:57, August 23, 2021 (EDT)

I am really sorry, I won't do it again. 81.110.120.177 08:58, August 23, 2021 (EDT)

Even though this is your 4th apology, and you say sorry all the time, that's perfectly fine. Remember, please stop changing the sentences on the 5 pages that cover unused content for their respective games, that's because it doesn't matter so much. I expect a lot of better from this. Clapping animations (again)[edit]

Once again, please do not add in more examples for clapping animations, especially for polite characters. It is considered unnecessary and just adds more baloney to a section that's already rather messy. Thankfully, that much information does not really need to be added. That is exactly what you did here: https://www.ssbwiki.com/index.php?title=Victory_pose&oldid=1610809. Please refrain from your unconstructive edits and don't add unnecessary or unneeded edits. SmashGamer65 (talk) 09:18, August 23, 2021 (EDT)

Okay, but when should I really add the information? 81.110.120.177 09:24, August 23, 2021 (EDT)

Not at all. I keep giving you advice, yet you're still just not bothering to simply read and take it. Pay attention to what we say to you, as in edit constructively and listen to us, it's literally that easy. I'm getting a little sick and tired of having to make the same reminder to you. Stop. Strike number 1[edit]

You have received your first strike for your unbelievable racist trivia point for Ken: https://www.ssbwiki.com/index.php?title=Ken_%28SSBU%29&type=revision&diff=1610822&oldid=1610820. Furthermore, I'm taking a break for 2 hours, I don't want you to get up to trouble! —Preceding unsigned comment added by SmashGamer65 (talkcontribs) 10:05, August 23, 2021 (EDT)

You don't get to issue strikes. It can be considered block talk and isn't allowed. We can handle it. --CanvasK (talk) 10:10, August 23, 2021 (EDT)
