This article lists differences between the many available versions of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Most differences are between the NTSC and PAL version, as well as a few differences specific to a particular region. As with Brawl and Smash 4, these differences are largely aesthetic due to requiring consistent gameplay for online play between regions. As the Nintendo Switch is not region-locked, all versions of Ultimate are stored on a single cartridge. These different versions can be accessed by changing the language in the game settings or changing the region in the system settings.
