The hitstun-momentum cancelling mergeEdit

Most decisions on SmashWiki are made via a consensus, and this merge has next to zero consensus. This is why it got reverted... Before doing these sorts of edits, be sure to check the talkpage of the respective article to tell if there was a discussion on the proposal. Serpent   King 11:59, 26 February 2019 (EST)

About removing those merge tagsEdit

At least wait until other users have made their point on whether they should be merged or not. All three of them had next to no discussion at all. Lou Cena (talk) 09:00, 7 March 2019 (EST)

ConsensusEdit

Do not make major changes to SmashWiki without a decent consensus. Read here for more information. SerpentKing 14:21, March 21, 2019 (EDT)

The images you editedEdit

All of them, due to being released prior to the game, do fall under the prerelease image category. That template should be there on all of the ones you changed. Aidan, the Irish Rurouni 15:00, March 27, 2019 (EDT)

The template is for posting images of a game before it releases, and then checking them after the game releases, in order to see if they are similar enough to the actual game to be considered in game content. If they are the template is removed, and if not they are added to the catagory category:beta elements. Thats the reason it's on things to do, and the reason I removed the tag from everything I removed it from is because they are close enough if not identical to the actual game that they don't need the tag. Mass editingEdit

Next time, when doing any sort of mass editing, please tag all of the revisions as minor edits. This allows users to toggle their visibility in RecentChanges, consequently removing clutter and making it more readable.   Nokii — 11:25, March 29, 2019 (EDT)

Im very sorry about that, i realized that i should have done that about half way through but by then i had already gotten into the habbit of doing what i was doing. If i ever do anything like this again i will make sure to tag them as minor however. Xtra   Talk Edits 11:39, March 29, 2019 (EDT)
If you want, you can go to preferences --> editing and select "Mark all edits minor by default." That way, you don't have to continuously mark your edits as minor. SugarCookie 420 15:08, March 29, 2019 (EDT)
Oh wow thanks I had no clue that existed I will definitely remember that next time I do anything like this. However for now I'ma keep it off just because I'm most likely going to not be making minor edits. However for now you could search by file and invert it to hide the edits so if you need to look at the edits page for the next day or so search by that. once again apologies I know it's very annoying Xtra   Talk Edits 17:38, March 29, 2019 (EDT)

SW:QDVEdit

For future reference, this goes against the QDV policy. When dealing with vandals, you shouldn't attempt to tell them not to vandalize articles, as they already know this, and a response is often what they want. Alex the Jigglypuff trainer 14:34, May 6, 2019 (EDT)

Crap... Man i really should have looked at that beforehand. Thanks for the message though it will never happen again. Xtra Talk Edits 15:05, May 6, 2019 (EDT)

This behaviorEdit

I’ve been noticing that you seem to equate disagreement with toxicity. I noticed this on both that forum page and Talk:Blaster (Fox), where you repeatedly accused me and John HUAH! of “not reading your draft”. We read it, and disagreed with it. That doesn’t mean we’re ignorant. Please stop this thought process immediately. It brings discussion nowhere, and it could get you in serious trouble one day, especially outside of a wiki. Lou Cena (talk) 03:23, May 13, 2019 (EDT)

I mean, I never even accused you of not reading the draft, I just asked you to compare the draft to Blaster (Wolf), and tell me what was so different as I just couldn't understand why you keep pushing for them to have a separate page. However maybe calling you toxic wasn't the right term to use. It was 2 A.M. for me and I was really tired and probably just thought what you were doing was toxic or something. Appoligies if I caused you any stress for this. Xtra Talk Edits 06:45, May 13, 2019 (EDT)
